The hotel was spotless with extensive breakfast selections. The staff were very competent and attentive, nothing too much trouble. The venue was placed in the super central location by everything you need for a short stay. I tried some drinks at pizzeria Obica Mozzarella Bar, located 5 minutes walk away. Everything here was really good, I would definitely come back there.

Brilliant hotel, all of the staff were attentive and helpful, exceptional location in the city center. The property room was trendy and elegant with single large king size bed and bathrooms, as example.

Amazing staff and chic vibes
The decor was super trendy, and the room was so comfy. Andre from customer service was awesome with dinner picks! Breakfast in the lounge area was a treat. The only hiccup was some mix-ups with housekeeping. They tossed out some of our stuff. A fantastic experience in a perfect location!

The hotel's location is perfect, just steps away from the Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. I loved thenice and neat room with excellent amenities like effective air conditioning and a well-stocked mini-bar. Breakfast had a wide selection, although I noticed the coffee didn't meet my expectations. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful. They assisted me in making local recommendations and managing any issues I had. A couple of minor downsides were the noise from the surrounding area during early mornings and a breakfast buffet that could use better replenishment towards the late hours. A good stay with just a few bumps.
